The Design Process: How Does It Work?
So let's say you have filled out the enquiry form and I have then sent you a proposal, containing a price and plan. Once agreed, the design process will begin with either a discovery call or design questionnaire where I will ask questions to learn about your business and make sure that we are on the same page.
I will then carry out competitor research in order to help you stand out in the best way possible. After this, I will create two mood boards, which I will then ask you to choose from. Once you are happy with the mood board of choice and stylistic route, it's time to get designing!

What happens if I want to make some changes?
Don't worry! Unless you are completely satisfied with what has been presented first time round, there is an opportunity for 3 rounds of amendments.*
What is your payment policy?
Once you have chosen your package and have confirmed via email that you are ready to go ahead with the process, I will email you an invoice of which I kindly request a 50% upfront deposit prior to the start date to secure your slot. I ask for the remaining amount to be paid once the final set of files have been signed off via email and then these final files will be sent over to you upon doing so.
Communication process?
I will provide regular updates for you throughout the process for your peace of mind. After all, I understand that radio silence isn't very reassuring! At any point in the process, please feel free to email me and if required, we can set up a call.
