The Design Process: How Does it Work?
It all starts with your completed inquiry form. Your form will be reviewed and if I’m the designer for you then we’ll jump on a call. On our call we will go over your form, exchange questions and I’ll fill you in on my process. A proposal will then be sent over to you in writing to agree to. Once you have agreed to the proposal, necessary prep work will be done on my end to get you set up - including preparing an invoice and contract for you to sign. Next I’ll carry out some of my own research and put together 2 creative directions in the form of moodboards for you to choose from. Then the best bit is here...let’s design your astonishing new brand identity and any other deliverables you may require. Once you have reviewed my presentation and are totally happy with your lovely new brand identity, it’s ready to launch!
FAQs
What happens if I want to make some changes?
Unless you are completely satisfied with what has been presented, there is an opportunity for 3 rounds of amendments should you need them.
What is your payment policy?
Once you have agreed to the proposal, I will send a contract for you to sign and an invoice of which I kindly request 50% upfront deposit prior to the agreed start date to secure your slot. I ask for the remaining amount to be paid once the final set of files have been signed off via email and then these final files will be sent over to you upon doing so.
Communication process?
I will provide regular updates for you throughout the process for your peace of mind. After all, I understand that radio silence isn’t very reassuring! At any point in the process, please feel free to email me and if required, we can set up a call.
